I’m going to tell you bit about X.TINA and myself. My name is Christina and I’ve had an ardour for fashion since I was just 7 years old. I grew up to work towards turning that into a reality and I graduated with a BA HONS degree in fashion design in 2014. It was definitely some of the best four years of my life. If you have been here from the beginning of my journey you probably know that X.TINA was born during my final year of college. In 2018 I was able to share my brand with all of you when I launched it in Abu Dhabi and then brought it down to our beautiful home, Sri Lanka.
I knew I wanted to sell clothes that I love and that were island friendly, while still being able to do a designer collection once a year. But something was missing.. There had to be more than just running a clothing brand. I wanted to be able to contribute to people in need and that’s when I turned X.TINA in to a humanitarian brand back in 2018.
We donate a percent of every garment sold to the cancer hospital every December before Christmas. Cancer is a cause close to my heart and it’s a disease I relate to so much. Turning my pain into strength and to be able to provide patients with the medication that they need through my sales has been one of the most rewarding things to me.
Every garment designed and manufactured is from a customer perspective. X.TINA is a brand that works mostly with linens and silks.The brand does not have a set age group as we believe with the right accessories and styling anyone from the age 13 and above can rock one of our designs. No return policy as once an order is placed we have already accepted your donation. However, we do have an exchange policy for different sizes
Delivery within 2-3 days from date of order.
Delivery from Monday – Saturday. No delivery on poya and public holidays
We currently have COD (cash on delivery) service and in December all our customers will be able to pay directly on our website or as a bank transfer.
If the customer is not available on delivery date once dispatched, the customer is responsible to pay for delivery if needed to be dispatched again.
Yes, if we do have the required size in stock from provided sizes of the product we do have an exchange policy only if stocks are available.
We have a pop up every December and we are also hoping to have one during the summer months in the near future.
Yes, we would recommend our customers to hand wash the clothing or dry clean it. Or simply make sure you have the right settings on when using the washing machine.
We have three collections a year and pieces in-between the months. So stay tuned as we are exclusive brand with limited pieces!
Yes! If it’s urgent you can send us an email or simply dm us to change your delivery location.
You will have your item with you within 3 days of when the order was placed. 90% of our orders will be next day delivery within Colombo.
